Charlie is a seasoned product leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience, ranging from Fortune 500 companies like Vodafone Group to startups like Synthetix. His expertise spans the telecom, payments, and crypto industries. As a founding team member of Synthetix in 2017, Charlie played a pivotal role in shaping the platform's early stages, which later contributed to the evolution of Decentralised Finance (DeFi). In 2021, he founded Block Gainer, a fintech startup specialising in digital asset wealth management. Charlie holds an M.Sc. in Technology Management and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
